Audition for The Best Christmas Pageant Ever
Find out what happens when the worst kids “in the entire history of the world” take over the church Christmas pageant in the Prairie Players Civic Theatre production of The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.
Auditions for adults and high school students will be on Friday and Saturday, September 9 & 10, from 7-9 p.m., with auditions for students in third grade through junior high on September 10 from 2-4:30 p.m. (Parents, please accompany your child to provide information for the audition). Auditions will be at Prairie Players Civic Theatre, 160 South Seminary Street, Galesburg.
Those interested who cannot make the scheduled auditions should contact Director Katy Redington at klrobinson0224@gmail.com to schedule an audition time prior to September 9.
The audition will consist of cold readings from the script and singing a preselected Christmas carol for those who would like to be considered for any solo singing opportunities. This is not a musical production, but music will be incorporated throughout the “pageant” and production.
Production dates are November 11-13 & 18-20 at Prairie Players Civic Theatre.
