Knox College’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Convocation

Knox College is excited to welcome the community to its 2026 Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Convocation with keynote speaker Melvin Rogers, who is the Edna and Richard Salomon Distinguished Professor of Political Science at Brown University.
Knox is also hosting additional Martin Luther King, Jr Day events at the Galesburg Public Library and on Knox’s campus!
All events are free and open to the public, and Knox College warmly invites the community to join in on honoring Dr. King’s legacy.
