“Roots & Boots Tour” coming to the 2020 Knox County Fair

After bringing in a big-name act at last year’s Knox County Fair with Craig Morgan, the fair board has doubled-down and is bringing more big-name acts this summer.
Four big names to be exact. It was announced on Thursday, February 6th that the 2020 Knox County Fair will feature opening act Bucky Covington on July 9th. Headlining the big concert that night will be, as part of their “Roots & Boots” tour, 90’s Country Music icons Aaron Tippin, Collin Raye, and Sammy Kershaw. “Aaron, Sammy, and Collin – it’s going to be a 90-minute show,” said Knox County Fair Board member Ty Landon. “They’ll be the headliners. They’re all going to be on the stage at the same time. It’s not a split up, individual, couple-of-songs-thing. They’re going to be up there and put on a heck-of-a show for us.” He adds that online tickets are already available. “The link is up through Event Brite,” Landon said. “Go to KnoxFair.com and click on the link and you go right there and you can buy your tickets today. In the near future, we’ll have tickets you can buy locally. But if you go online and want to get your tickets today, get ’em.” The 2020 Knox County Fair is July 6th-July 11th. The concert will be Thursday, July 9th at 7:00 pm – tickets start at $20.
