No injuries and only minor damage to a patio door and door frame were reported in a Tuesday morning shots fired call in Galesburg.

According to Galesburg Police, officers responded to the 200-block of Michigan Avenue for a “shots fired” call at about 2:35.

Officers were informed that a patio door was shot out. They found the door had been splintered and glass was broken on the ground.

Two rounds were in the door frame, only one was recovered, and a .45 shell casing was found about 15 feet to the west of the residence.
