A sticky-fingered British thief clearly aced his burglary final and even offered to pitch in on the studies of one of his victims — by sending back schoolwork that had been stored on the laptop he’d stolen.
The crook, who’s still at large, was computer-savvy enough to get into the device’s inner workings and send an E-mail to the victim, telling him he only pulled the heist because he was broke — and patted himself on the back for not stealing the iPhone or cash that were also within reach.
He added, “I can see you are a university student. If there is any files on here such as university work on here that you need, let me know and I will send them to you here. Once again I am sorry.”
