Benefit for Mitchell Williams

Mitchell is 36 years old and has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Melanoma Cancer. He has served the Bushnell Fire Protection District as a firefighter and first responder since 2005. He is employed by the City of Bushnell. Mitch is an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs and area farm teams. He enjoys playing slow pitch softball and participating in water fights. Mitchell is married to Sarah (Stickler) and their children are Jasmine, Dalton, and Montgomery Jackson. He is the son of Townsend and Linda Kline of Macomb and Larry and Kelly Williams of Florida and brother of Kelsey Schrodt and Lesli Elting. There will be a benefit held for Mitch to help defer medical and living expenses. There will be a meal prepared by Backdraft BBQ (free will donation) starting at 3pm until the food runs out. There will be a silent auction throughout the evening and a live auction beginning at 6:00 p.m. There will also be drawings and raffles throughout the evening. Full cash bar and baked goods.
