Western Illinois Wind Band rehearsals

The Western Illinois Wind Band will begin Season 6 on September 27 at 7 pm at the Avon Grade School Music Room. Directed by Bernie Potter, this Adult Community Concert Band provides 3 or more concerts each year featuring a wide variety of Concert Band literature from marches to Symphonies.
Membership in the group is open to all band musicians and persons interested in playing are encouraged to contact the director for more information at 309-264-4379 or bptuba@gmail.com. No auditions are required and the director will determine part placement as needed. Players of all levels are members of the group. Don’t hesitate to come and be a part of the ensemble. All are welcome.
