Cottage Hospital is being sold according to a memo Friday from CEO Bob Moore.
Moore’s memo says SBJ Group Inc. has signed a “purchase agreement” to buy the one hospital, and the deal’s expected to be finalized by May 31.
Moore says that Cottage will continue to provide “compassionate local care to our patients”.
