This is just unbelievable. Classmates of 17 year old Sergei Casper wrapped him in plastic wrap and put him feet first into a toilet. They then brought him back to the classroom still fully wrapped as the bullying continued. Unable to move his legs, Casper lost his balance, fell and hit the desk with his throat crushing his esophagus. Supposedly, the teacher was in the room and did nothing to stop the bullys.
