Girl Scouts Celebrate “Frozen”

With the launch of Frozen II in theaters, Girl Scouts are celebrating the sisterhood of Anna and Elsa on December 11 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the Galesburg Public Library, located at 40 E Simmons Street.
Girls in grades K-1 are invited to play the Frozen way with winter activities and games. A premier pillar of the Girl Scout program is to be a sister to every Girl Scout, a strong theme in the Disney film. Girls will also complete activities that get them thinking about how to make the world a better place and how to be brave, even when they are nervous— just like Anna and Elsa!
