Here’s what Christine had to say about Sarah:

What sets this teacher apart from others?
Mrs. Bainter goes above and beyond to ensure that parents know what is going on. She keeps up on daily Facebook group posts. She takes time to help out each and every student. She is very kind and compassionate about her job and students. Mrs. Bainter has taken time on the weekend to contact me with advice on my 7th grader, even though Mrs. Bainter is an 8th grade teacher. Knoxville is so lucky to have such an inspiring teacher.

What is one thing this teacher does that is not in their job description but they do it anyway to help you or your child?
Mrs. Bainter posts daily updates fro the students and family on the designated Facebook page. She always has time to listen and give advice. She took time to call me on the weekend after I reached out through email and a facebook post.

Give an example of a way this teacher has helped or impacted you or your child.
As the new kid in school, she has taken the time and effort to help my 7th grader adjust and checks in on her, even though she is not “in her classes” meaning she is not in 8th grade.

Congratulations Mrs Bainter, January’s KFM Teacher of the Month from Galesburg Nissan, Tompkins State Bank, Lacky Monuments, Cooks & Company, Art Defined and 105.3 KFM.
