We can assume that all the food wasn’t for her, but we do know that actress Eva Longoria made at least one other stop in Galesburg after giving her commencement address at Knox College Sunday.
The “Desperate Housewives” star stopped at the East Main Street Dairy Queen, where Hannah Ellis waited on her. But there was just one problem: Ellis tells WGIL she had no idea it was Longoria she waited on until much later, saying she didn’t realize it was Longoria because she was wearing very large sunglasses.
Ellis says her mother alerted her to the fact it was Eva Longoria later, and she admits she’s been kicking herself ever since.
As for what Longoria ordered: chicken strips, a cheeseburger, some chili cheese dogs, and three Dilly Bars, which Ellis believes wasn’t all for Longoria herself, believing her husband Jose was with her.
Ellis says, by the way, that Longoria posted almost the entire visit on Snapchat, which she says didn’t tip her off to a celebrity in her midst either, since most people do that.
