Three new movies hit the big screen this weekend including The BFG. Directed by Steven Spielberg, The BFG is based on the 1982 children’s book about a young girl befriends a Big Friendly Giant. It stars Rebecca Hall and features the voices of Bill Hader, Mark Rylance and Jemaine Clement. Also out is the action/adventure movie The Legend of Tarzan starring Samuel L Jackson. Finally, there’s the thriller The Purge: Election Year. It’s the third installment in the series following 2013’s The Purge and 2014’s The Purge: Anarchy.
