Erin Storm, a season 12 contestant on The Bachelor, died Monday in a plane crash. According to reports, the 41-year-old was flying a single-engine plane which crashed soon after taking off. There were no passengers. Erin was on three episodes of The Bachelor trying to win the heart of Matt Grant.
