If you’re trying to stick to your New Year’s resolution to lose weight, but you love pizza, here’s a little trick that might help you. According to one study, the trick to eating less pizza is to cut it into at least twice as many pieces as usual. For example, instead of cutting it into eight slices cut it into 16 slices. Then, eat it from a plate placed on a large table. I don’t know how that would do any good, but if the study is right, it could help you eat nearly 50% less than you normally would.
