NEW BRUNSWICK – The Walmart truck driver who crashed into a limo van that comedian Tracy Morgan was riding in has plead not guilty to the criminal charge against him. Kevin Roper has been charged with aggravated manslaughter, vehicular homicide and aggravated assault the seriously injured Morgan and killed another. Lawyers note that Walmart settled Morgan’s lawsuit and that the publicity from that has harmed Roper’s chance for a fair trial.
