105.3 KFM congratulates Chad Ellison, an Art teacher at Galesburg High School, February’s KFM Teacher of the Month. Chad was nominated by Jarod Cox, a student in his class and this is what he had to say about Chad:

One way they go above and beyond:
Mr. Ellison will sit down and have a conversation with you about anything that is on your mind, wheather it’s about your school life or home life, and he will understand and do anything in his power to help you through whatever it is that you are dealing with. He also has a great taste in music.

Example of how this teacher has helped: Mr. Ellison has impacted me by just being an all around great person and one of the most fun teachers I’ve ever had. I can tell that he loves his job and every kid who walks through his door.

What sets this teacher apart: Mr. Ellison is an awesome teacher who is very caring, funny, knowedgeable, nice, a great teacher, the list goes on and on.

As KFM’s Teacher of the Month, Chad receives a $100 gift card from Tompkins State Bank, a balloon bouquet from Casey’s Party Creations, and the Big Red Apple Award courtesy of Lacky Monuments and 105.3 KFM Today’s Refreshing Light Rock!
