105.3 KFM congratulates Breanne Shadensack, Band teacher at Galesburg High School, March's KFM Teacher of the Month!! Breanne was nominted by one of her students, Abby Haslem, and this is what she had to say about her teacher:

Miss. Shadensack is fully dedicated to her job as director of the Concert and Symphonic Band and to the welfare of the students.  Thanks to her we are an excellent band!  Aside from being a great teacher, Miss. Shadensack is one of the kindest and most sincere people I have known.  She really cares about you as a student and more importantly, as a person.  She really goes above and beyond her job title to make sure the students are doing well and are content with themselves as young musicians; dispite the extra hassle, not to mention the funny analogies and fun she brings to the band.  The way she teaches and interacts with her coleagues and students, you would think she had been a teacher for years; you would never suspect this is only her third year of teaching.  Miss. Shadensack is truly a Big Red Apple of a teacher!
