What sets this teacher apart from others?
This teacher is set apart from others because she does more to teach the student than just textbook assignments. Mrs. Chadderdon has taught me life lessons, along with lessons on how to treat others and handle difficult situations. I will take what she has taught me on forth to my adult life after I graduate. RC (as we call her) is an amazing role model and I hope to one day be a teacher just like her. She is retiring next year and I’m so grateful to have gotten to experience her while I could, she has always been a shoulder to cry on and always will be!

What is one thing this teacher does that is not in their job description but they do it anyway to help you or your child?
Love. Mrs. Chadderdon loves her students and goes out of her way to care for them. Always a helping hand a shoulder To cry on. Numerous days I have came to her and she’s lifted my mood and given me advice not even my own mother could.

Give an example of a way this teacher has helped or impacted you or your child.
Mrs. Chadderdon played a big role in getting me a job that I love. She loves to hear me nag at her about stuff and together we found me a job that I now love. She was a reference for me and said great things to get me this job I have currently and I’m so thankful for it!

Give an example of a way this teacher has helped or impacted you or your child
Congratulations Rose Chadderdon, October’s KFM Teacher of the Month from Galesburg Nissan, Tompkins State Bank, Lacky Monuments, Cooks & Company and 105.3 KFM.
