Heather Locklear has been ordered back to treatment.
According to TMZ, the actress pleaded no contest to eight misdemeanors, including six involving battery on a police officer or EMT, and was sentenced to 30 days in a residential mental health facility.
Heather, who must check in by September 6th, was arrested in February and June 2018. In last year’s arrest, she allegedly attacked her boyfriend and a responding police officer. In this year’s incident, she allegedly attacked a cop and an EMT when they responded to a disturbance. Both times she was allegedly intoxicated.
Once she completes treatment, Heather will be on probation for three years and has been ordered not to possess weapons, non-prescribed medications or alcohol.
