A 32-year old Avon man is being charged with three felonies in Warren County in relation to the crash that killed 31-year-old Justin Howell of Bushnell on Sunday.
Arrest warrants were issued Thursday for Craig Sloan on charges reckless homicide, aggravated driving under the influence and fleeing the scene of an accident resulting in death.
Illinois State Police did not say in a statement before charges were filed whether Howell or Sloan was the driver when they investigated the crash.
They reported Sloan only had minor injuries.
Three other individuals also had warrants issued for obstruction of justice, all from Bushnell and Avon.
No court dates have been set.
Police say the vehicle was driven off the road and overturned several times on 23rd Avenue at Wingate Drive.
