Marshalls is set to open in two weeks at Galesburg Crossings on National Boulevard.
The store will be holding a grand open ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 16th at 7:30 a.m. where a $10,000 donation to Safe Harbor Family Crisis Center as part of the celebration for opening the Galesburg location.
Hours for the grand opening will be from 8 a.m. 10 p.m. From there, the hours will be from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sundays.
The expectation is for the new 22,000 square foot store to employ around 60 full and part-time workers.
Marshalls is part of the redeveloped old Walmart, named Galesburg Crossings, which includes Five Below, Pet Smart, and Harbor Freight.
