Wednesday morning over 100 District 205 students came to the Galesburg High School Fieldhouse to compete in the Great Galesburg Shake and after two rounds of competition they quickly brought the field to the last 12.
A few finalists are returning after being finalists in past years.
The competition will continue today. Organizer Jody McNally says what the next rounds will be is a secret but the contest will only get progressively harder.
The top 12 are as follows; Mackenzie Musser, Lily McNally, Natalie Nelson, Emma Hawkinson, JaCara Kelley, Elycia Nache, Kalie Williams, Kelsey Larkin, Maddie Gonzalez, Hayden Musser, Olivia Owen and Natalie Courtney.
