Chad Morse has been announced as the new president of Porter-Hay Insurance.
Porter-Hay is a subsidiary of Midwest Bank, that in 2016 combined Chuck Hay Insurance and Porter Insurance.
They offer a wide array of insurance options including health, home, life, business, auto and farm.
Chad Morse was an integral part of that merger according to release from Midwest Bank who also has 20 years of experience in the industry.
He currently works out of both Porter-Hay’s Galesburg and Galva offices, although the company also has locations in Monmouth and Alexis.
Morse is a Western Illinois University graduate and served in the National Guard from 1990-96.
Currently he resides in Galva with his wife, Amy and two teenage children.
His community involvement is quite extensive serving as Secretary of the Galva Planning Commission, Finance Officer for American Legion Post 45, and is on the board of the OSF Health Insurance Advisory Board to name a few.
Midwest Bank CEO Chris Gavin says they look forward to Chad bringing his “experience and knowledge” to deliver “outstanding customer service.”
Morse says in a brief statement that he’s looking, “forward to working with our team and continuing to provide our clients with relationships they can count on.”
