The Knox Community Health Center will be offering school and sports physical exams by staff on select dates over the summer.
School physicals will be offered at a price of $35 and sports physicals for $15, immunization shots are not included in the price and costs for that will vary.
The Health Center will be taking appointments for June 8th, and 9th this week and for the 27th and 29th, scheduled times between 8 a-m and 6 p-m. They’ll be offering physical exams again July 20th and 21st, and also August 1st, 3rd, 8th, and 10th.
Most insurances are accepted including Medicaid, Medicare, and even the uninsured and under-insured with a sliding fee scale option available.
Appointments are necessary and may be made by contacting 309-344-2225. You’re asked to bring immunization records to your appointment.
