Suspects arrested in Oregon for attempted armed robbery in Andover

Two Indiana suspects are in police custody following a March 14 attempted armed robbery at a Casey’s General Store in Andover.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Department says Oregon State Police arrested 31-year-old Stanley Osborne and a 15-year-old boy for their involvement in the armed stick up.

The two were arrested yesterday in a vehicle reported stolen in Indiana. A stolen shotgun from an Indiana burglary was also recovered.

Police say the shotgun is believed to be the one used in the attempted robbery. The two suspects cooperated with authorities when asked about the stick up.

Osborne and the juvenile are held in Klamath Falls Oregon. Osborne is charged with two counts of attempted armed robbery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. His bond is set at $250,000.

The 15 year old is charged on a no-bond Henry County juvenile warrant for attempted armed robbery.
