The City of Chicago is hoping a judge will lift an order barring George Lucas from starting construction on the $400 million Lucas Museum of Narrative Art along Chicago’s lakefront. The city believes leaving an injunction in place prohibiting construction “puts the entire construction at risk” because Lucas may decide to relocate the project to another city.
